At the heart of new Quincy Center is Presidents Place. The 352,107-square-foot mixed-use Life Science, office, institutional and retail center is directly across from a new 3-acre city park, Hancock Adams Common, and the Quincy Center MBTA Redline station.

Eight story Presidents Place recently completed full building infrastructure improvements to support life science tenants. The building also went through a recent modernization program in the lobby, three-story glass atrium, entries, elevators, a shared conference facility, and restoration of the 1,100 space parking garage.
